Our Story
Professor Ara grew up in Okinawa and earned her Bachelor's in Japan. After graduation, she traveled the world and met her spouse, a Puerto Rican. They settled in Puerto Rico, raised a family, gained her Master's from Caribbean University of Puerto Rico, and over the past 20 years, Professor Ara has taught Japanese both at the University of Puerto Rico and in private practice. Today, she brings that experience online, offering clear, practical lessons shaped by her professional background and cross‑cultural life.
